What it is doing
There is something called the Null, and it is working its way through this city. It takes one block at a time, one cut a minute, from whichever side already touches nothing. What it has finished does not fall down or burn. It stops having been there.
Every browser sees the same streets and the same gap. Nobody is scripted. If you see a figure out there, someone is really standing in it.
